Refunds & Returns Policy

1. Returns
Eligibility: You may return an item within 30 days of receipt if it is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Certain products, such as custom orders or special items, may not be eligible for return.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@autopartsdirect.ca to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include your order number and reason for the return in your email. Once you receive the RMA number, carefully package the item and ship it back to us. The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Inspection and Refund: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
2. Exchanges
Eligibility: Exchanges are allowed for items that are defective or incorrect. Please ensure that the item you wish to exchange is in its original condition and packaging.

Shipping Costs: If the exchange is due to an error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs. If the exchange is due to a change of mind or incorrect order, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges.
3. Refunds
Processing Time: Refunds are processed once the returned item is inspected and approved. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
